From launching the nation’s first prepaid cellular services to deploying a $450 million capital works program, Williams’ impact on The Bahamas’ telecom landscape is historic. As BTC President, he oversaw groundbreaking initiatives such as:

  • DSL and GSM platform rollouts

  • The BDSNI Submarine Cable Network

  • The launch of MyBTC, Smart Home tech, and FTTH

  • Retail innovation programs, customer journey transformations, and the award-winning “GSM Gone Global” campaign

His father, Bishop Franklyn Williams, was personally honored by Queen Elizabeth II, deepening the family’s diplomatic legacy.
